A BRIEF HISTORY OF REGATTA POINT

The first residents moved into Regatta point in 1998 after developer Frendcastle, alongside Architects Edward Hill Partnership, created the now prominent riverside building on the North bank of the Thames.

The site of 38 Kew Bridge Road used to be an office building but in the years leading up to its completion in 1998 it was stripped down to the concrete superstructure and transformed  into Regatta Point – comprising  58 apartment, including six penthouses and 2 mews houses.

All have a balcony, terrace or patio providing river views, which also means that they are south-facing.  It now stands out in the area as one of few places with large private gardens and lawns as well as a sauna/steam room facility.  Not forgetting the obligatory gym. The  gates allow easy access to the tow path and from there all the local riverside facilities.
