Lift B has now been repaired having been out of action all weekend causing significant inconvenience to many residents.

The lift engineers believe the breakdown cause was the lift doors being wedged open for an extended period. Recently another lift was out of action having been overloaded.

Please may we ask all residents for their co-operation to not overload lifts nor wedge lift doors open. And a reminder to all owners and landlords that these are costs that we have to pay for.
