Dear Resident,

As a considerate contractor I would like to make you aware, if you are not already, that Bugler Developments will be building two new blocks of flats on the site of Autobar House warehouse and office.

We hope to commence demolition on the 3rd of March 2014, once the archaeological works have been completed.  We endeavour to keep the disruption to a minimum & hope to complete the project by late 2015.
