OUTSTANDING ACTIONS

LOBBY POWER:
Electrical work is almost completed with power restored to all place and additional remedial work carried out as some minor faults were detected.  Some minor issues are expected to be resolved in the next few days.

GENERAL CLEANING:
We are aware of some areas could do with an additional clean and will follow this up with the contractor.

BLOCK C VIRGIN MEDIA CABLE:
Virgin Media have been on-site and restored broadband and TV services.  If issues persist please contact Virgin Media directly with the remedy reference number of 3507547.

Phone lines will take a few more days to restore due to the need to relay cables.

SECURITY (no change):
Front door lock out of action overnight security guards in place but obsolete fittings may require new unit to be fitted – no planned date as yet.

You may be challenged as to who you are by overnight security.

ENTRYPHONE (no change):
HML await quotes for the installation of a new system.  It will be reconnected as soon as possible – no planned date as yet.

FIRE BRIGADE REPORT (no change):
Inspections completed and awaiting report – no planned date as yet.

COMPLETED ACTIONS

BLOCK C TELEPHONE LINES:
BT have attended today and relaid all of their lines.  They should now be operational.

Now fully operational.
