OUTSTANDING ACTIONS

ENTRYPHONE:
There are two separate systems to control access to the front door: Fobs (which unlock the doors with a black plastic fob operated at the door) and Entryphone (which allows remote unlocking of the door via residents’ telephones).

The fob system has now been re-instated.

The Entryphone system has to be made to order and we  anticipate installation towards the end of April.   We apologise for any inconvenience but please be assured that we are trying to get it repaired as soon as possible.

FIRE BRIGADE REPORT:
The Fire Brigade report has been received.  It comes in the form of an enforcement notice and all remedial works detailed must be carried out by a set date.  HML Shaws are drawing up a detailed project plan in order to implement all the work  by the required deadline.

COMPLETED ACTIONS

SECURITY:
Security guards are no longer on duty as the front door now locks and is unlocked with fobs.

TV Reception
Engineers were called to fix the burnt cable that was adversely effecting the communal aerial signal for some residents.

LOBBY POWER:
Electrical work is completed with power restored to all places – including the power sockets in black C (which was why no vacuuming was possible) and water in the garden lights.
