Dear Residents,

Today the front door intercom system has been fully re-instated following the fire.

You should now be able to open the front door remotely, by pressing  # on your phone, when a caller dials your flat number from the front door entry panel.

Please take a few minutes to test that this is working for your flat.  If it is not working correctly, please contact Neil, our caretaker, who will help in getting this issue resolved.

It is quite possible that the system needs re-programming with your telephone number so please bring that information with you.

Our sincere apologies for the delay in getting this fixed but the infrastructure was old and poorly understood.
