We were informed on Friday that Michael has been offered a job elsewhere and hence not be able to work here this coming week. Unfortunately we have been unable to find a replacement at such short notice and so we will have no cover this week.

Caretaker
We have a temporary Caretaker starting on Tuesday. His name is Michael, and his hours will be 08:00 – 13:00. Please note that Michael is new to the building and will not be fully up to speed on all matters!
Smoking on balconies
We have received complaints from some of the residents at the east end of the building that they have found discarded cigarette butts on their balconies, which can only have come from the flats above.
Quite apart from this being inconsiderate and anti-social we would remind all residents that smoking (and barbecuing) anywhere on the timber balconies is strictly prohibited. Discarded cigarette butts are the No.1 cause of fires on balconies – discarding them onto other peoples balconies makes a fire even more likely.
Caretaker
We are sorry to report that Mark is unwell and will not be back to work for at least two weeks.There will be no Caretaker present tomorrow (Friday), we are endeavouring to arrange temporary cover for next week.
Hyperoptic Installation
On Monday 3rd June there will be contractors from Hyperoptic working in the building in preparation for their broadband service. You may notice some activity in the lobby outside your front door on that day.
