Christmas Tree Disposal

If you would like your Christmas tree to be disposed of by our gardeners after the festivities, please put it in car space 9 in the car park (west end of the building, at the front). They will be collected on Monday 8th January.

  • DO NOT put them in the bin rooms or outside as they will not be collected.
  • Please take care when moving them through the building and try not to leave a trail of pine needles behind you for Mark to clear up.

Fire Alarm Testing – Tuesday Morning

Some additional testing of the fire alarm system will be carried out on Tuesday 5th between 9:00 – 10:00am, and you will intermittently hear the alarms going off. There is no need to be concerned unless they ring continuously for more than 5 minutes.

Reminder – Residents Annual Briefing

This years Annual Residents’ Briefing will be on Tuesday the 5th of December, starting at 7pm in the lobby. We will be offering a drink and canapes to all.  Please join us if you can – and let our Caretaker Mark know that you are interested, so as to help plan numbers.

We will be reviewing events and financials for the past year and will then take a look ahead to what may be taking place in the next year.

Please take time to come along as we really value your feedback and the opportunity to discuss issues face to face. If you wish a particular subject to be covered please email us at directors@regattapoint.co.uk in advance, so that we can prepare.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Parcels in Lobby

With Christmas approaching the number of parcels being left in the lobby is increasing. Please remember that on several occasions in the past parcels have been stolen from here, and they are a tempting target for local ne’re-do-wells. We strongly recommend that residents have their parcels delivered to a nearly locker or drop off point if they are not going to be at home to receive them.

RPFL take no responsibility for any items left in the lobby.

Caretaker

Mark has unfortunately tested positive for COVID and so will be off work whilst he recovers. If you have been in close proximity to him in the last week or so please be mindful of any symptoms you may experience.
