Caretaker

Further to yesterday’s post we are sorry to report that Mark will need to remain off work for the forseeable future.

From Monday to Thursday next week we have the services of a temporary caretaker, Victor, who has provided cover here previously. From next Friday onwards we will have someone else, tba. Their hours will be 08:00 to 13:00.

In the meantime we wish Mark well and hope he has a speedy recovery.

Caretaker

We are sorry to report that Mark is quite unwell again and unlikely to be in for the rest of the week. We will provide further updates when we know more.

Mark’s hours over the Christmas period will be:

25th & 26th December – on leave
27th – 29th December – normal hours
1st & 2nd January – on leave
3rd January onwards – normal hours

We’s also like to take the opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas, and very best wishes for the New Year.

The Directors, Regatta Point (Freehold) Ltd.

Christmas Tree Disposal

If you would like your Christmas tree to be disposed of by our gardeners after the festivities, please put it in car space 9 in the car park (west end of the building, at the front). They will be collected on Monday 8th January.

  • DO NOT put them in the bin rooms or outside as they will not be collected.
  • Please take care when moving them through the building and try not to leave a trail of pine needles behind you for Mark to clear up.

Fire Alarm Testing – Tuesday Morning

Some additional testing of the fire alarm system will be carried out on Tuesday 5th between 9:00 – 10:00am, and you will intermittently hear the alarms going off. There is no need to be concerned unless they ring continuously for more than 5 minutes.
