Quick update on the Caretaker – today was Paul’s last day with us and Mark will return tomorrow (Wednesday). He will be working normal hours, 07:30 – 15:30 with an hour for lunch.

HML Contact
The contact details for HML and Charlene Campbell can be found on the Notice Boards in the lobby area. It’s useful to put them in your phone ( or similar) in case you need to contact them out of hours.
Regatta Point Handbook
If you do not have the current Handbook please ask Paul, our temporary caretaker for one. His hours currently are 8:30-1:30. You can also text him on 07957 355018 to put one in your pigeon hole if he is out of the office doing the cleaning etc.
Security Update
Following the garage break in by thieves ramming the garage doors on the weekend, we will be speaking to Anchor Doors as to how this happened. The last time the doors were rammed, they did place a strong mechanism to stop future ramming. Clearly this hasn’t worked and we will be looking at how to stop this in the future and why the gates still periodically malfunction.
The exit door to the garage near lift B: This is a known problem and although efforts to correct it haven’t worked, we will be getting a locksmith to look at it and rectify it this week. Please know it is in hand. Meanwhile it is very important now and always to ensure doors and gates are properly closed when you enter or leave the building. Thanks to Kimberly for the signage this weekend.
Sauna
Good news! The sauna has reopened.
