Hyperoptic have installed their cables in Regatta Point and will be rolling out their broadband in the near future.

It has been discovered that we have a moth infestation in the common parts carpets.
Our Pest Control company will be attending the communal areas of the building on Monday the 9th of September starting at 10am.
A spray treatment will be carried out on the carpets and residents should try to avoid the communal areas as far as possible while the treatment is taking place and for 3 hours afterwards.
The carpets will be left unvacuumed for a couple of weeks after the treatment.
No personal items to be left out in the foyers, landings or corridors.
As a precaution it is suggested that we all keep an eye out for clothes moths in our flats and if possible use moth killer sachets in with our clothes as a deterrent.

The EV contractors need to turn off the common parts power between 11:00 and 13:00 on Wednesday 4th for about half an hour per block .
This will not affect your flats, but will mean the stairs and landings etc will be dark for that short period.

On 10th & 11th September there will be surveyors in the buildings common parts carrying out a Fire Compartmentation Survey, and you might find them in the lobby outside your flat. This is part of the information required for the buildings Safety Case file.
Just to conform that EVC did finish the car park works today as they have simplified the works under the building by using some of the existing cable containment. Parking is back to normal.
They will be working on the switch rooms next and there will be short interruptions to the common parts supplies on Friday morning, times tba
