IMPORTANT NOTICE
In 10 days time all the bicycles down in the carpark that have blue tags attached will be removed and disposed of.
If there is a blue tag on your bike and you wish to keep it please remove the tag before Monday 25th August.

Thank you to all who managed to attend the Annual Residents’ Meeting on the 11th of December. We hope you found it useful.
We attach the slides that were used at the meeting as a reminder to those who attended and for information for those who were unable to attend.
At the meeting we mentioned asking if anyone was interested in becoming a Director in order to share the considerable workload. We attach the Job Description as promised. Please email directors@regattapoint.co.uk to express your interest or ask any questions.
The Directors – Regatta Point Freehold Limited
Following on from the attempted bicycle theft last week we have decided to carry out one of our irregular clear-outs of the bike storage at Regatta Point. Consequently, we have put a sign on each of the bicycles warning that unless the owner comes forward to acknowledge ownership we will be removing and disposing of all unclaimed bikes.
Hence, if you are storing a bike on one of the rails outside please let our caretaker know so that we do not dispose of it. You have until the end of June to do this.
All unclaimed bikes will be disposed of. The Directors are reviewing the entire bike storage facility (should we still offer the facility, how can we improve it etc) and would welcome any comments or feedback at WebAdmin@RegattaPoint.co.uk
