Directors’ Meeting 6th June 2018
The Directors of Regatta Point Freehold Limited met for a regular meeting to discuss various matters arising in the running of the building.
The following are highlights of the discussions:
- Roadside windows project has been delayed again over the issue of obtaining quotes for some elements of the works but the intention is to continue with the project and send out Section 20 letters as soon as possible.
- New Fire Alarm – HML are to obtain more competitive quotes
- Electric Car charging points – it was decided that this development has to be set up on a standalone basis and those people who expressed an interest will be written to explaining the way forward.
- It was decided that tables would be purchased for the garden.
- The Directors unanimously agreed to renew our Caretaker’s contract for another year.
