Caretaker

We are pleased to report that Mark will be returning to work full time from next Tuesday, 7th May. His hours will be 7:30am – 3:30pm as before.

He will revert to looking after Guest Room bookings and so any future enquiries regarding this should be made to him.

Tomorrow, Thursday 2nd May, will be Jorge’s last day with us, and we would like to thank him for his sterling work over the past weeks. There will be no Caretaker on Friday.

Parcel theft from lobby

Last Friday 26th of April, at around 21:30, we again had an intruder enter the building and take residents parcels from the lobby.

It appears he was let in via the entry phone system, and took 3 or 4 parcels. If you believe you are missing a parcel as a result of this please let the caretaker know, and report the theft on the Metropolitan Police website where you will receive a crime number.

As a further reminder – leaving parcels in the foyer is not safe. If you are not on hand to take delivery then you should make an alternative arrangement i.e. ask a neighbour to take delivery or use one of the nearby lockers or delivery points.

If you do have a parcel left in the foyer you should collect it as soon as possible.

Please do not open the front door to anyone you don’t know, including anyone who claims to be a courier or delivering food – go down to the front door and collect the parcel if it is for you.

Please also be aware of anyone attempting to follow you in through the front door.

Decorating

There will be some decorators working in the building for the next few days, primarily painting the first floor corridor between stairs A & B. Please watch out for wet paint in the area.
