Our latest temp caretaker will be starting on Tuesday 5th March. His name is Bulas and his hours will be 08:00 – 13:00 as before.
Caretaker
We learnt on Friday that it was Russells last day here, as he was offered a permanent job elsewhere. Good for him, bad for us. On Monday and Tuesday Terry will be covering, but we have been unable to arrange cover for the rest of the week and so there will be no Caretaker present Wednesday to Friday.
For those people enquiring after Mark, we have no firm date yet as to when he will be able to return.

External Decorations
We have now passed the six month defects liability period for last years decorations and need our surveyor to carry out a final inspection. Ahead of this please advise Russell if you have any particular issues with the works done to your balcony: caretaker@regattapoint.co.uk
Works to Brise Soleil
Last month’s storms blew off some of the timber battens from the brise soliel’s on the rear of the building, fortunately they didn’t hit anyone or anything in the car park. Closer investigation reveals quite a number to be loose and/or rotten, and so as a safety precaution we are going to remove the remaining ones. This work will be carried out on Wednesday and Thursday this week by abseiling from the penthouse balconies.
