Pilot of Riverside Window Refurbishment

The Directors are seeking volunteers to have riverside windows refurbished – as part of the window replacement project.  The aim is to find a sample of windows that would benefit from refurbishment and then to see if the improvement in performance justifies the expenditure.  If it does the work will be offered to more windows as part of the bigger project.

For now, we want to limit the pilot to windows with clear, demonstrable issues (such as failed brushes and/or broken runners).  It does not include cracked/blown window panels (which should be reported to HML Shaws).  Only a few will be tested.

Introducing a Cleaning Schedule

The Directors have decided that it would help residents to know what cleaning is expected around the building in order to manage people’s expectations and to articulate how much work is involved in keeping Regatta Point clean and tidy.  To this end we are publishing the Cleaning Schedule that is followed by our Caretaker, Oscar and Mike Ould our contracted cleaner.
