We have just received the following notice from St. James regarding late night working on Wednesday the 10th of February 2016.
They will be pouring concrete and power floating the finish into the evening. Our experience of St. George carrying out this work is that it is very noisy.

This is where we walk around Regatta Point from top to bottom inspecting the building and discussing any issues. It’s an eye opener in terms of the size of Regatta point and the issues that need to be tackled.
Meet in the lobby at 09:00 on Tuesday February the 23rd. The inspection takes 2 hours.

The following newsletter has just been received from St James.
The main item of news is that work is due to start on Saturday the 13th of February to run a gas supply from outside RP to Heritage Walk. This will mean a contraflow system will be set up for a week.
This work is unrelated to the gas work that has just finished outside RP which was to repair a gas leak.
In response to some resident feedback requesting that the caretaker been available slightly earlier in the day (so that residents leaving for work can have the opportunity to talk to Oscar) the Directors have agreed to alter his working hours.
Oscar will now start at 07:30 and leave at 15:30 Monday to Friday.
