Your contact information
As part of normal duties the caretaker, and occasionally the Directors, will retain your phone numbers and email addresses as you make contact. That information will be retained until you ask for it to be deleted. It will be used to make contact with you as required.

Website Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

How long we retain your website data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register for the email newsletter on our website, we store the email address . You can ask to be removed from the system via a link at the bottom of every email you receive, by emailing WebAdmin@RegattaPoint.co.uk or by asking our Caretaker.
Website administrators can also see that information.
How long we retain your contact data
If we no longer need to contact you as you no longer live at Regatta Point and we or our managing agents can foresee no reason to contact you in the future, your data will be deleted.
