New Managing Agent – Update

A brief update on the change of Managing Agent

We are proceeding well with the onboarding process with KFH, and they are gradually getting the information they need from HML prior to their management services commencing on 1st October.

Remember that until that date HML are still the building managers.

As part of KFH’s onboarding process they will be contacting all owners directly in September to introduce themselves and provide all relevant contact and other details. They will also be arranging a meeting to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have, and you will also hear from them directly regarding that. This will take place online in order that any owners who are not resident can also participate if they wish.

The Directors annual briefing will take place in early December as usual, and KFH will also be present at that.

The Directors

New Managing Agent Appointed

We are pleased to inform you that Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) have been formally appointed as the new managing agents for Regatta Point, taking over from HML. Their official commencement date will be 1st October 2025. However, you can expect to hear from them prior to this date, as they will be contacting all leaseholders in advance to facilitate a smooth handover process.

Following a thorough review of the proposals we received, we shortlisted four potential managing agents. Each of these companies visited the building in person and were subsequently interviewed by the Board of Directors.

After careful consideration, the Directors reached a unanimous decision to appoint KFH. We believe they are the most suitable choice for Regatta Point, offering the strongest combination of experience, professionalism, and resources. Their team demonstrated a clear understanding of the building’s needs and a proactive approach to property management. We are confident they will be well-equipped to manage the building effectively and responsively, ensuring the highest possible standard of service for all residents.
