Works to Brise Soleil
Last month’s storms blew off some of the timber battens from the brise soliel’s on the rear of the building, fortunately they didn’t hit anyone or anything in the car park. Closer investigation reveals quite a number to be loose and/or rotten, and so as a safety precaution we are going to remove the remaining ones. This work will be carried out on Wednesday and Thursday this week by abseiling from the penthouse balconies.
Caretaker
Friday 2nd February will be Kevins final day with us, and we would like to thank him for his time here. On Monday his replacement Russell will be joining us – please bear in mind that he is new to the building and will take a while to familiarise himself with everything.
Rat traps in the garden
If you are the person setting traps in the garden then please desist. They are a danger to children and other animals and a hazard to the gardeners, who are not best pleased at having to remove them. You are also in contravention of the terms of your lease.
Caretaker
Victor has now completed his stint as Caretaker, and tomorrow (Friday) Kevin Wilkins will join us. Kevin will be here until Friday 19th and his hours are 8:00am – 1:00pm. Please bear in mind that Kevin is new to the building and will need a few days to get familiar with it.
