This years Annual Residents’ Briefing will be on Tuesday the 13th of December, starting at 7pm in the lobby. We will be offering a drink and canapes to all.  Please join us if you can – and let our Caretaker Mark know that you are interested, so as to help plan numbers.

We will be reviewing events and financials for the past year and will then take a look ahead to what may be taking place in the next year.

Please take time to come along as we really value your feedback and the opportunity to discuss issues face to face. If you wish a particular subject to be covered please emails us at directors@regattapoint.co.uk in advance, so that we can prepare.

We are pleased to report that Mark the caretaker will be returning to work as of Monday 31st October.

We are pleased to report that we now have a temporary caretaker, Arthur, in place until Mark returns. His hours going forward will be 8:00 – 13:00.

We are sorry to have to report that Mark is quite unwell and is likely to be off work for at least the next two weeks. We are endeavouring to get a temp in as replacement until he returns, and will update further when this is arranged.
