28th December to 4th January.
There will be no agency cover.
Please ensure you know who to contact in an emergency – emergency numbers are on the notice boards.

HML Shaws office will be open at the following hours:
Friday 23rd 10:00 – 12:00
Wednesday 28th 10:00 – 12:00
Thursday 29th 10:00 – 12:00
Friday 30th 10:00 – 12:00
Their office re-opens on January 3rd 2023 at 9am and commences usual hours.
It’s sad that we have to post this, but to the person who left dog faeces in staircase B this morning or last night – this is not acceptable and you owe Mark an apology for having to clean up after you.
A reminder to all owners and residents that the Annual Residents’ Briefing will be taking place at 7pm on Tuesday the 13th of December in the lobby of Regatta Point, where the Directors will be reviewing last year’s activities and looking forward to the next.
Please join us for the briefing, questions & answer sessions and drinks and nibbles afterwards.

This years Annual Residents’ Briefing will be on Tuesday the 13th of December, starting at 7pm in the lobby. We will be offering a drink and canapes to all. Please join us if you can – and let our Caretaker Mark know that you are interested, so as to help plan numbers.
We will be reviewing events and financials for the past year and will then take a look ahead to what may be taking place in the next year.
Please take time to come along as we really value your feedback and the opportunity to discuss issues face to face. If you wish a particular subject to be covered please emails us at directors@regattapoint.co.uk in advance, so that we can prepare.
