As previously notified and set out in the terms of your lease, you should park only in your allocated car space. If you don’t have one, then then you are not entitled to park anywhere in the car park.

Unfortunately Arrow’s engineer was unable to fix Lift D yesterday after it failed. They need to obtain a spare part and a technician is now due on Tuesday to complete the repair.

Please note that the door leading out from the top lobby to the rear decking is damaged and does not close properly, so please do not use until we can get it fixed. Access to the rear garden can be gained via the car park
