A reminder regarding gas meter readings. As you may know, these are all located in various places in the car park and are not the easiest things to access. If you would like yours to be read please notify Mark by email on caretaker@regattapoint.co.uk and he will do it for you.
We have to ask once again, please do not dump unwanted furniture and other items in the Bin Stores. There is a cost to Regatta Point to get rid of these, which will be reflected in your service charges and/or rents.
If you would like your Christmas tree to be taken away and recycled by our gardeners after the festivities, please place it in parking space 9 in the car park (west end of the building, at the front).
They will be collected on Thursday January 6th.
DO NOT put them in the bin rooms or indeed anywhere else.
Please take care when moving them through the building and try not to leave a trail of pine needles behind you.

An out of hours telephone service for emergencies is available between 17.30 – 09.00 Monday to Friday, 24hrs Weekends and Bank Holidays. Should you need to contact them in the event of an emergency the number is:
