Just a note to inform you that Oscar, our caretaker, will not be working over the Christmas period. His last working day will be Friday the 23rd of December and he will return to work on Tuesday the 3rd of January.
No cover will be provided during Oscar’s holiday.

Just a quick reminder to you all that the Directors will be delivering the annual briefing to all residents and owners on Tuesday the 13th of December at 19:30 in the lobby.
There will be a brief presentation of the year that has gone and a look forward to next year. We encourage you all to come along as we want your feedback on how things have gone and input on some big decisions (especially windows) that we need to make in the coming year.
